The ninth date of Primera B left victories, changes in the table and Rosario Central and Platense as leaders of their respective zones.

Thedate 9 of the Apertura 2026 Tournament of the Primera B Femenina came to an end with a day that once again had goals, important results in the fight for first places and some teams that continue to consolidate themselves as candidates for promotion.

In addition, the AFA confirmed a modification in the competition calendar due to the participation of the Argentine men's National Team in the World Cup.

In Zone A, Platense tied 1-1 against Estudiantes de La Plata and, although it left its first points on the way, it continues as the leader with 22 points. Camioneros took advantage of the opportunity, defeated Vélez Sarsfield 1-0 and was the only runner-up, four points behind Calamar.

Sarmiento also added three after beating Atlético Rafaela by the minimum and reached Vélez in third place with 16 points, although Fortín still has a game pending. In addition, San Miguel won 2-1 over Argentinos Juniors and Luján achieved its first victory of the championship by defeating El Porvenir 1-0.

Estrella del Sur beat UAI Urquiza 2-0 and remains in second place, while Deportivo Morón defeated Comunicaciones 2-0 to climb to fourth place in the table. Meanwhile, Defensores de Belgrano and Defensa y Justicia tied 1-1 and distributed points.

Modified calendar of the Primera B Femenina 2026

After the end of the ninth date, the tournament organization reported a modification to the calendar due to the participation of the Argentine men's National Team in the Copa América.

With the aim of facilitating the planning of the clubs' trips, the recess will be extended one more week and the tenth date will only be played on the weekend of July 25 and 26.

In this way, the calendar was established as follows:

  • July 25 and 26: 10th date.
  • August 1 and 2: 11th date.
  • August 8 and 9: 12th date.
  • August 15 and 16: 13th date.
  • August 22 and 23: 14th date.
