The Argentine Under 15 Women's National Team will have a new international challenge. The national team will compete in a new edition of the CONMEBOL Evolution League, a competition that will bring together the youth teams of South America. The competition will take place from September 8 to 20 in Paraguay.

Argentina arrives at the competition as runner-up of the first edition:in 2025 the team reached the final and ended up drawing 0-0 against Brazil and fell 4-2 in the penalty shootout.
For this edition, the coaching staff will have a modification: Ezequiel Vidal, Germán Portanova's assistant in the Senior National Team, will lead the team during the competition. This is because Christian Meloni and Clarisa Huber, coaches of the category, will be with the Under 20 National Team at the World Cup in Poland.
The Albiceleste will seek to repeat its leading role and continue with the development of the female youth teams.

Format of the Women's Under 15 Evolution League 2026
The Conmebol Women's Under 15 Evolution League is a tournament that brings together the 10 South American teams. The teams are divided into two groups, North Zone and South Zone, and play all against all on a points system.
- Northern Zone: Ecuador, Brazil, Peru, Colombia and Venezuela.
- Southern Zone: Paraguay, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile and Uruguay.
When qualifying for the final phase, the teams in each group face each other according to their position: first against first, second against second, and so on. In this way, all teams play five games in total. The two teams with the highest points in each zone will advance to the final and will define the champion in a match. In this regard, the matches last 80 minutes, that is, two periods of 40 minutes each, with a half-time of 15 minutes.
For its part, the tournament incorporates the Third Half activity, "an educational and integration space that takes place immediately after each match, in an environment shared by both teams, without returning to the locker room," as detailed by the organization on its official channels.
