The second leg matches of the semi-finals of the Second Women's Tournament 2025 were played over the weekend and a historic final is coming: Belgrano and Racing will go in search of their first title in the First Division. The departure will be in the Cilindro and the return in the Gigante de Alberdi.
The first to secure their place in the grand final was Racing, which beat Boca 1-0 at Casa Amarilla. The Academicas had an advantage from the first leg in Avellaneda, where they won 2-0, and they went for more: at the beginning of the complement Agostina Holzheier put a great shot from outside the area at the far post by Laurina Oliveros to seal the 3-0 overall and a historic classification for Avellaneda's team.
Later River and Belgrano crossed at the Gigante de Alberdi, in front of almost six thousand people. The teams had just tied 0-0 in the first leg at the River Camp and, in general terms, both semi-final games were even. However, in Córdoba, Lourdes Rodríguez scored 1-0 for the Pirates, which was enough for them to win and go to the final celebrating with all their people.
Now, the grand final is coming, which is historic because neither of the two teams that will compete in it managed to become champion in the First Division in the local Tournament.

Like the semis, the final will have a first and second leg match. The first match will be on Wednesday the 10th at 8pm at the Cilindro de Avellaneda, while the second leg will be held on the 14th, at the same time, at the Gigante de Alberdi, in Córdoba.
