Racing beat San Lorenzo last weekend and climbed to the top of the Women's Apertura Tournament alongside River. Thanks to the fall of Banfield against Boca and the postponement of the Superclásico, if the Acadómicas surpass S.A.T. They will finish the sixth date as the only leaders.

Seeing their performances in the last championships and comparing the hierarchy of their squads, it is not unreasonable to think that San Luis and Huracán will rub shoulders in the middle of the table until the end of the Women's Apertura Tournament. In that sense, this duel between Puntanas and Quemeras can be crucial for them to measure their strength against a direct rival.
Today, the two teams enjoy an encouraging present. San Luis comes from surprising and beating Belgrano 2-0 in Córdoba - its first victory of the competition - with a goal against and another goal from Victoria Vázquez.
