Date 7 of the 2026 Women's Apertura Tournament was played and left very close matches, several narrow wins, goals and important results in the fight at the top of the table.

On Friday, four games were played practically simultaneously. Huracán and Lanús tied 0-0 in a very even duel, while River beat Ferro 1-0 and got three important points to remain at the top while waiting for the Superclásico.

For its part, Independiente also won by the minimum, against San Luis FC, while Racing beat Newell's in Rosario by the same result.
In another 1-0, Talleres defeated Banfield as a visitor and dropped them from the lead and got into the fight.
In one of the most outstanding results of the date, SAT beat Unión 5-0 and Belgrano took the victory after beating Boca 1-0 in Córdoba.
San Lorenzo was the big winner of date 7 after beating Gimnasia 4-1 and thus managing to rise to the top of the competition.
