In that sense, it is worth remembering that the 2020 edition took place at the Nuevo Francisco Urbano Stadium, of Deportivo Morón, and at the José Amalfitani, of Vélez, although without an audience due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Precisely, the home of Gallito de Morón will once again be one of the stadiums that will host the Libertadores Femenina this year. For its part, the other venue chosen by Conmebol, after the leaders offered it and fought to be the venue for the competition, is the Florencio Sola, home of Banfield.

Now we have to wait for the draw, which will be held this Thursday, September 4 at 12 (Argentina time), to find out how the four groups will be made up, which will be four teams each, and each of the crosses.
In this regard, what is known so far is that Boca, for being the first champion of Argentina last season, will be seeded in Group B, while Corinthians, the last champion of the Copa Libertadores, will do the same in Group A.
As for the format of the competition, two phases will be held: Preliminary Phase (Group Phase) and Final Phase (Quarterfinals, Semifinals, 3rd Place and Final). The match that will define the champions will be on Saturday, October 18.
