This weekend thedate 4 of the 2026 First Division Women's Apertura Tournament was playedand the matches left several surprises.
The date began on Friday with San Lorenzo's 3-1 victory over SAT, which gave three important points to Las Santitas.

On Saturday there were two simultaneous games, Unión and Belgrano, in which no differences were made, and Gimnasia and Boca, a match in which the La Plata team celebrated.
Later, Banfield won the Southern classic against Lanús and managed to reach the top of the Tournament with an ideal score, since it won the four it played.

Hurricane also achieved an important victory. It was 1-0 against Independiente at the Libertadores de América Stadium. For its part, Ferro won against Newell's, also by the minimum.
In the other matches, San Luis and River tied 1-1, the same result we had in Córdoba in the duel between Talleres and Racing.
With these results, Banfield leads with 12 points, followed by River, Racing, San Lorenzo and Gimnasia, all four with 10 points. In the background, Independiente and Lanús, who have not yet managed to add.
