The forward of the Argentine National Team spoke with Ojo el Caño and told about her debut in the 2025 women's Copa América.
Paulina Gramaglia, forward of theArgentine National Team, spoke exclusively with Ojo el Caño after the Albiceleste qualified for the semi-finals in their third match of the group phase of the Copa América 2025.
“For me it is very new because it is my debut in the Copa América and I am very happy to be here,” he said after having made it to the final phase, where Argentina will face Colombia, on Monday at 9 p.m. (Argentina time).

Gramaglia recalled the inaugural match of Argentina's participation, against Uruguay: "The first match I had a lot of emotions. I had to be on the bench but the anthem played and my eyes filled with tears. Having once again the possibility of representing the national team is a source of pride and it is very nice." Argentina qualified with a perfect score for the semifinals of the competition, something that also happened in 2006, the only year in which the albiceleste was consecrated in the tournament.
"We are aware of how important it was to have met the first objective first. We are very happy that it is happening this way, the victories give a lot of confidence," said Pauli. However, it was not the only team to achieve the same, since in group B Brazil is in the same situation.
Gramaglia participates in the Red Bull Bragantino of the neighboring country, and explained why the Cariocas are so strong in women's soccer: "The reasons are very diverse but one is that Brazil has been competing for a long time, it is noticeable how the country is increasingly making money not only in local tournaments but at the national team level as well; the number of people, it is the country with the most population in South America, there are a lot of factors that make Brazil so competitive."
The forward said goodbye with a message for the fans of the Argentine National Team: “The ideal thing for us is that accompany us, follow us, be aware of what is happening and encourage us."
