The Argentine National Team will play the second friendly against Brazil, corresponding to the FIFA double date in October against Brazil. After the match in Porto Alegre, this match will be played at the Arena Pernambuco Stadium, in Recife, on Tuesday from 8:30 p.m. and can also be seen for free through the LPF Play platform.

The first match ended in a 3-1 defeat at the Beira-Rio Stadium after goals from Luany, Geyse and Angelina and Maricel Pereyra's discount for the Albiceleste, but it left many positive things taking into account the size of the rival and the setting: there were around 29 thousand people in the stadium for this attractive match.

Among the negatives that remained from the first match is the expulsion of Agustina Vargas, who saw a direct red card in injury time after the VAR intervened for a foul with her leg raised.
The 11 chosen by Germán Portanova for the first friendly were Lara Esponda, Eliana Stabile, Aldana Cometti, Abril Reche, Sofía Domínguez, Catalina Ongaro, Daiana Falfán, Maricel Pereyra, Dalila Ippolito, Agostina Holzheier and Florencia Bonnuevo.
It should be noted that this double matchday against Brazil will be one of the Albiceleste's first tests on the road to Brazil 2027. In that sense, in November a friendly against Germany will be played within the framework of the inauguration of the Tricampeones del Mundo stadium, in La Plata, with a date yet to be confirmed.
