The dream of the Argentine Under 20 National Team is still alive: they beat Paraguay 4-0 in their fourth match in the Final Phase of the South American Under 20 and depends on themselves to qualify for the World Cup of the category that will be played this year in Poland.

The goals of the match were from Annika Paz, Agustina Maldonado and Kishi Núñez, in two opportunities. In addition, Banfield goalkeeper Priscila Siben saved a penalty.

With this result the Albiceleste has four points and -1 goal difference and is in fourth position with the same score as Colombia (they have a goal difference of 0), the rival they will face on Saturday.
As it is, if Argentina wins the next match it will be able to get its ticket to the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup 2026. For its part, if it draws, it will have to be pending the result between Paraguay (four points and -4 goal difference) and Ecuador, which is already classified.
