The Argentine National Team fell 4-0 against Brazil in the third match of the Final Phase of the Sudamericano Sub 20, a tournament that grants four places for the World Cup of the category to be played this year in Poland.

The Brazilian team opened the scoring after three minutes with a goal from Evelin Bonifacio. Later, at 34 minutes, Clarinha extended the lead with a powerful shot from outside the area that left goalkeeper Priscila Siben with no chance.
Now the complement, the Brazilian dominance continued. At 64 minutes, Brendha scored the third after sending a shot into the six-yard box and, at the end, Carioca sealed the 4-0 score.

Thus, the Albiceleste, which had reached the Hexagonal after a Group Phase with an ideal score and with a historic first victory against, precisely, the Verdeamarela, adds just one point in this Hexagonal after the 2-2 draw against Venezuela and the defeat against Ecuador.
With these results, Brazil leads the table with 9 points (classified for the World Cup), followed by Ecuador (also classified), with 7, Paraguay, with 3, and Venezuela, with 2. Argentina was last with 1 unit, the same score as Colombia, which has a better goal difference.
The next game for those led by Christian Meloni will be on Wednesday at 10 p.m. against Paraguay.
